As ditzy has pointed out, you can either:
(a). Type out a 50-word post, get yourself ridiculed and mocked,
and then carry out your original plan of calling the
customer service hotline....
(b). Just call the customer service hotline.... which you were
going to do anyway.
I dunno about you..... but (a) takes much more time and effort
than (b), no?
